Organization Mission:

Building a diverse pipeline of leaders, one top college admission at a time

I’m Elizabeth Socorso.

I’m fundraising for TeenSHARP, Inc..

I am honored to be appointed as a board member of TeenSHARP and look forward to contributing to the continued success of this amazing organization. Starting at 6:00pm on March 6 and continuing for the next 24 hours, I ask my family, friends, and colleagues to consider supporting their efforts to “prepare talented Black, Latino, and low-income students for top colleges and community-centered leadership.”  If you would like to learn more about TeenSHARP, please visit https://www.TeenSHARP.org
About TeenSHARP, Inc.

Founded in 2009, TeenSHARP is a dynamic learning community that empowers Black, Latino, and low-income students across the Delaware Valley. By using top college admissions as a catalyst for change, we are reshaping the landscape of leadership in America.

What started with just 10 students in a church basement has grown into a movement, reaching hundreds of students through our transformative virtual programs. Over the past 16 years, more than 700 TeenSHARP scholars have gained admission to top institutions like Yale, MIT, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, Penn, Vanderbilt, Macalester, Pomona, Northeastern, and Swarthmore.

Our impact goes beyond college acceptance—TeenSHARP alumni graduate on time, with minimal debt. Nearly all complete college within four years (all within six), and on average, they leave with $15,000 or less in student loans—a fraction of the national average.

At TeenSHARP, we don’t just help students get in—we prepare them to lead and thrive.
