The Precision Institute

The Precision Institute is a national non-profit organization, headquartered in Wilmington, DE, that assesses and trains neurodiverse adults impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities and prepares them to enter the workforce in IT, cybersecurity, and business services positions throughout the U.S.

Support The Precision Institute and its mission to empower employment and change lives in Delaware.
About The Precision Institute

Neurodiverse adults face immense discrimination in finding equitable and meaningful employment. Approximately 75+% of these individuals are unemployed or underemployed in jobs not equal to their abilities or education. This is often due to the traditional interview that focuses on interpersonal skills over technical competencies. The Precision Institute replaces the traditional interview process with a skills-based Assessment and Training Program provided at no cost to the candidate. We look beyond the diagnosis to determine each candidates unique skills and abilities to create a pathway to full-time employment in IT, cybersecurity, and business services positions.  We Assess Abilities to Empower Employment to Change Lives!
