In today's world, teens face more challenges than the generations before them - whether it's mental health struggles, academic pressure, or navigating social issues.  And our youth at The Warehouse often face barriers that make those challenges even more daunting.

The Warehouse provides a vital space where teens can socialize, develop life skills, learn about the world of work, and figure out their place in the world.  The Warehouse RISE program provides 12 weeks of work skills development and work experience to youth who are trying to find their path.  Sean's Room at The Warehouse supports teens experiencing mental health issues and connects them to help.  The Warehouse Pantry and community refrigerator provides food and essential supplies for those in need.  And sometimes young people just need a breather and a little fun - The Warehouse now offers general membership, a safe space for socializing and recreational programming to support the development of the whole self.

You can make a huge difference in their lives.  Please make a donation today to support The Warehouse!  Your donation, whether large or small, will have a direct impact on the lives of teens in our community.

About The Teen Warehouse

Mission: The mission of The Warehouse is to create a safe collaborative environment that revolutionizes Teen engagement in the city of Wilmington with the vision of developing confident, contributing and courageous young adults.

The Warehouse is a teen-led programming space, guided by the mantra, “For Teens, By Teens.” A cohort of teen executives sets the mission, shapes programming to meet the needs and interests of their peers, and leads outreach efforts to welcome all members of their community to the space. The chair of this teen cohort also serves as co-chair of The Warehouse Board of Directors. This teen centered approach has strengthened engagement and participation in RISE as well as the full roster of academic, recreational, and personal development programs offered to all teen members.
