Together, We Can Change the Trajectory for Delaware’s Youth

I’m Andi Le.

I’m fundraising for United Way of Delaware (UWDE).

As a board member of United Way of Delaware and mother of teenagers, I am passionate about empowering our youth through Career and College Success programs. In Delaware, nearly 40% of high school graduates do not pursue higher education, and many face significant barriers to career readiness. This initiative is crucial in providing the mentorship, resources, and training necessary for students to navigate their educational and career pathways successfully. When we invest in our youth, we are investing in a stronger community. By donating during Do More 24 Delaware, you can help us reach more students with vital support services that enhance their prospects for success. Every dollar you give has the potential to change a life—let’s work together to ensure that all our young people have the opportunity to thrive and build a brighter future!

About United Way of Delaware (UWDE)

Mission: At United Way of Delaware, we're answering the call to help our community thrive. We're working to ensure kids can read on grade level by third grade, support career and college success for youth, connect families to vital resources through Delaware 211, and empower individuals with the tools they need to achieve financial stability. It’s about creating lasting change that lifts up everyone, not just offering temporary fixes.

When you give to United Way of Delaware you are helping children and families. Whether it's a kindergartner who lacks the resources to learn remotely, or a family calling 2-1-1 seeking immediate shelter, United Way of Delaware has initiatives in the community that make an impact in the lives of real people.
