True Access Capital is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that empowers business owners and entrepreneurs in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania, especially women, minorities, and those who are underserved by traditional lenders, with technical expertise and access to capital.

The Women’s Business Center (WBC) at True Access Capital helps women start and manage successful businesses. Working with WBC, female entrepreneurs build business plans, identify and manage people, source financing, develop marketing strategies, and interact with successful women business owners who share their experiences and offer mentoring services.
