Ursuline Academy marks a significant milestone with the launch of a new Strategic Plan, Blaze Brighter. Thanks to support from students, parents, faculty, staff, alumnae and trustees, we have built our next strategic plan together. Each voice lent to a collective vision to successfully imagine what is next for Ursuline. The goals and initiatives below are just three examples that have immediate need and will ensure that Ursuline is on the leading edge of innovation and maintaining the long-term sustainability of our school, all while creating a future that prepares our students to lead and succeed in an increasingly complex global environment. 

1. Science Initiatives: Create science enrichment cycles in the Lower School thus enhancing the exposure lower school students receive in the field of STEM prior to middle school.
2. Project Based Learning: Expand project-based learning in the Middle School to include a cross-curricular aspect.
3. Faculty and Staff Health and Wellness: Develop regularly scheduled opportunities for faculty/staff to support and encourage their health and wellness while building community.
