About Yahweh's Hands and Feet Inc.

Mission: Our mission is to empower at-risk youth and support families impacted by hardship by providing trauma-informed programs, life skills development, mentorship, and community-based resources that promote stability, resilience, and long-term success.

Finding GEMS (Growth, Empowerment, Mentorship, Success) is Yahweh’s Hands and Feet Inc.’s trauma-informed youth empowerment program serving youth ages 13–19 in Delaware.
Finding GEMS functions as a prevention + intervention pipeline, partnering with schools, families, and the community to support youth before challenges escalate into more severe disciplinary consequences. We equip youth with essential Life Skills and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) that strengthen emotional regulation, communication, healthy relationships, accountability, and responsible decision-making.

Through strong community partnerships, we also provide career exploration and readiness opportunities, including financial literacy, resume support, and mock interviews—helping youth build confidence, direction, and long-term stability.
Our goal isn’t just participation — it’s transformation.

Your donation helps expand consistent, year-round support that changes youth outcomes across Delaware.
