Raising standards, not statistics.
Organization Mission:
DAPI provides a standards-based educational option for pregnant and parenting teens with unique outreach, mentoring and support services that promote empowerment and self-sufficiency.
You can donate starting on March 5, 2026 at 6:00 pm
Every day, students arrive at DAPI balancing school, pregnancy, parenting, and economic hardship. Without timely support, the risk of dropping out, poor health outcomes, and long-term poverty rises sharply. That is why DAPI’s work is urgent—and why your support matters right now.
Our results speak for themselves. Over the past four years, 98% of DAPI seniors have graduated, and 98% of younger students have successfully transitioned back to their home schools. These outcomes are made possible through integrated, wraparound services that include:
- Academic instruction
- Child care coordination
- Social services
- Maternal health support
- Mentorship and advocacy
We don’t chase statistics—we raise standards. The DAPI Difference helps young parents build stability, confidence, and self-sufficiency, breaking the cycle of poverty often associated with teen pregnancy and setting families on a path toward lasting success.
- Maintaining secure, reliable IT services across all three DAPI locations
- Providing Chromebooks and mobile hotspots so students can stay connected and on track
- Purchasing new baby books for DAPI Darlings—because early literacy should begin even before birth
- Sustaining individualized college, career, and training pathways for every DAPI Daughter
The need is real. The impact is proven. The moment is now. With your support, we can ensure Delaware’s teen parents are not defined by circumstance—but empowered by opportunity.
