The mission of the Kent County Regional Sports Complex Corporation - DE TURF is to serve as an economic engine for central Delaware by providing a first-class sports destination venue that attracts sports tourism to the area. In addition, DE TURF seeks to assist people that traditionally face barriers to participating in sport, recreation, and structured physical activity, and to develop and deliver programs and services that provide the opportunity for people to become more active through participation in sports and recreation.
