Elevated Community Development Corporation (ECDC) is on a mission to empower communities and elevate lives—and we need your help! As a non-profit organization based in Milford, DE, we provide essential support to justice-involved individuals, displaced veterans, the chronically homeless, and families receiving TANF and TANF-like assistance throughout Sussex County.
