At United Way of Delaware, we're answering the call to help our community thrive. We're working to ensure kids can read on grade level by third grade, support career and college success for youth, connect families to vital resources through Delaware 211, and empower individuals with the tools they need to achieve financial stability. It’s about creating lasting change that lifts up everyone, not just offering temporary fixes.

We are helping children read, to succeed. More than half of students in Delaware AREN'T reading proficient. Thanks to your support we can ensure every child in Delaware has the resources they need to read on grade level.
