Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, Inc.'s (ICHDE) mission is to act as a catalyst to revitalize and strengthen neighborhoods by providing sustainable housing and homeownership services that support low- and moderate-income households, create pathways for resident leadership development, and promote individual and community asset building. We are proud to have been awarded the highest level of Platinum Transparency from Candid.
Your gift directly supports ICHDE’s Homeownership Center, guiding first-time buyers through the steps that make homeownership possible, from credit repair, readiness planning, mortgage success, and first-time homeowner knowledge. Help 58 households take that life-changing first step.
