Milton thrives because we have spaces to gather, and for years, Quayside has been that heartbeat. It’s where we’ve shared laughs under the stars, enjoyed free community concerts, and watched our historic district come alive.
Today, we are standing at a "now or never" crossroads.
The Opportunity of a Lifetime
The owner of the Quayside lot has offered the Milton Theatre a once-in-a-generation deal. Originally valued at $400,000, the owner is willing to sell the property to the theatre for just $150,000.
This is an incredible gift to our town, but there is a catch:
We only have 1 MONTH to secure the funds.

 
How You Can Help
We are looking for local heroes. Whether it’s $5 or $5,000, every single dollar brings us closer to the $150,000 goal. We have a month to protect this space for generations to come.
