Community Impact: Our Spur Giving initiative strives to enhance the culture of individual giving in Delaware. Recognizing the resource constraints faced by nonprofits in executing effective stewardship and fundraising campaigns, Spur Impact provides support through the Delaware Gives platform, brainstorming sessions, and consultations. Our high-level approach addresses sustainability challenges and makes a significant statewide impact.

Professional Development: The Spur Leadership initiative, exemplified by the annual #MILLSUMMIT hybrid event, showcases remarkable growth and success. Alongside impactful programs like Health In High Heels and the Emerging Leaders Community (ELC), Spur Impact is committed to fostering connections among emerging leaders. Through dynamic partnerships, we serve as an invaluable resource for professional growth, empowering individuals to amplify their influence in both their careers and the community.

Organizational Development: Spur Impact facilitates nonprofit development by training Board Members, Fundraising and Marketing Departments, and Executive Leadership through the Spur Giving Network. Our goal is to propel the entire Delaware nonprofit sector into the next chapter of success.

#MILLSUMMIT: An annual emerging professionals leadership and education conference that engages leaders in in-depth discussions, introduces new ideas, and facilitates networking.

Delaware Gives: Featuring profiles for over 75% of Delaware nonprofits, this online donation platform supports peer-to-peer/crowdfunding campaigns, events, and general donations. Since 2020, it has powered the Do More 24 Delaware campaign, raising over $7.2 million for 600+ nonprofits.

Emerging Leaders Community (ELC): Connecting emerging leaders with nonprofit boards, bridging efforts between #MILLSUMMIT and Delaware Gives to train and empower individuals seeking to make a larger impact.

Spur Giving Network: A consultancy-based model for nonprofit fundraisers focused on achieving milestones through measurable goals tailored to individual needs.

Delaware Difference Makers: An informal group fostering collaboration among nonprofit leaders and partners at in-person and virtual monthly meetings.
